Annual Appeal​

Give once; kids benefit all year long!
Please support the East School PTO by making a voluntary, tax-deductible contribution. Our annual costs are estimated to be $170 per student for the coming year. We are striving for 100% participation at whatever level is comfortable for your family. Every Family Counts!  East School is a 501(c)3 organization and earns thousands of dollars from companies matching Annual Appeal contributions.  Please contact your employers as they may offer a matching gift program, and if so, complete your company's form to match your Appeal contribution.

You can write a check made out to “East PTO” and send it into school with your child or you may contribute online via the donate button. If contributing via PayPal, please consider adding 3% to cover PayPal fees and have your entire contribution benefit East School.

​At our final June All-School Meetings, the culminating fifth graders typically share their East School memories. Virtually every PTO sponsored enrichment program and event was mentioned. Through your generosity, East PTO partners with your child's classroom teacher to sponsor all field trips, special presentations, community service initiatives and Math, Art, Music & Environmental Enrichment. From the Back to School Bash, to cafeteria composting to Field Day, your donations to the Annual Appeal make "East Memories" happen. Plus, when you contribute, your child(ren) will be entered into drawings for fun prizes!

WHAT:

Parents have consistently and overwhelmingly voted in favor of a one time contribution rather than being asked for money for every field trip or event. The start of the school year is the best time to make your tax-deductible gift & we thank you for your support! 

WHY:
​East PTO Spending is over $170 Per Child 

All of the events and initiatives listed on this website result in your PTO spending approximately $170 per student per year. While we encourage you to use $170 per student as a giving guideline, contributions in any amount are needed and much appreciated!
